Monthly Drawing Policy

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the Rack Hub Monthly Drawing described below. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

The Rack Hub Monthly Drawing Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

RACK HUB LLC
151 N Washington St.
Wabash, Indiana 46990
Email: contact@rack-hub.com

The Sponsor may use an independent promotion administrator, fulfillment provider, website provider, or other service provider to assist in administering the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor remains the sponsor of the Sweepstakes unless otherwise stated in the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

2. Sweepstakes Structure

Rack Hub may conduct a separate Sweepstakes during each calendar month or other designated promotional period.

Each monthly Sweepstakes is a separate promotion with its own:

  • Entry period
  • Designated prize
  • Approximate retail value
  • Drawing date
  • Winner
  • Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

Entries submitted for one monthly Sweepstakes will not carry over into any later Sweepstakes unless expressly stated in the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

The availability, purchase, or sale of any other Rack Hub limited-edition product does not make that product a prize unless it is expressly identified as the prize in the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Lower 48 United States who:

  • Are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of entry;
  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Possess a valid email address;
  • Comply with these Official Rules; and
  • Are legally permitted to receive, possess, and use the prize.

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all United States territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are not eligible:

  • Employees, officers, directors, managers, members, owners, contractors, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor;
  • Employees or representatives of any promotion administrator, advertising agency, fulfillment provider, or service provider directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes;
  • Immediate family members of any excluded person, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, step-relatives, and household members; and
  • Any person who has participated in the development, advertising, administration, fulfillment, or judging of the Sweepstakes.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “household members” means people who share the same residence for at least three months during the applicable calendar year, whether related or not.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, age, residence, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.

4. Sweepstakes Entry Period

Each monthly Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times stated in the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

The Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entries must be received and recorded by the Sponsor during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period. Late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, illegible, or improperly submitted entries are void.

The Sponsor is not responsible for differences in time zones, device clocks, email delivery times, payment-processing times, website delays, or other timing discrepancies.

5. Maximum Number of Entries

Unless a different lower limit is stated in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details, each eligible person may receive a maximum of five entries into each monthly Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method or combination of entry methods.

Entrants may obtain entries through:

  1. An eligible sticker purchase;
  2. The free Alternative Method of Entry described below; or
  3. A combination of both methods.

Under no circumstances may an entrant receive more than the applicable maximum number of entries.

All valid entries have equal weight and an equal opportunity to be selected, regardless of whether they were obtained through a purchase or the free Alternative Method of Entry.

A purchase does not increase an entrant’s maximum number of entries or improve the weight, priority, quality, or odds associated with any entry.

6. Entry Method One: Eligible Sticker Purchase

During the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period, an eligible entrant may receive one automatic entry for each qualifying sticker or sticker pack purchased directly from the Sponsor through the authorized Rack Hub website identified in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • One qualifying sticker equals one entry;
  • A qualifying sticker pack containing multiple separately identified qualifying stickers may provide one entry per qualifying sticker;
  • No more than five purchase entries may be received by any one person during a monthly Sweepstakes; and
  • Purchases made through unauthorized sellers, resale marketplaces, third-party retailers, distributors, or other channels do not qualify.

To receive an automatic purchase entry, the purchaser must provide complete and accurate contact information during checkout.

The purchaser and entrant must be the same person unless the Sponsor expressly allows gift purchases in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details. The name and email address associated with the order may be used to identify the entrant.

Orders placed before or after the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period do not qualify.

The purchase of products other than the specifically designated qualifying sticker or sticker pack does not provide an entry unless expressly stated in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

Shipping charges, taxes, optional services, and purchases of unrelated products do not provide additional entries.

7. Entry Method Two: Free Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible entrant must visit:

Non-Purchase Entry

during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period and complete the free entry form by providing all requested information, which may include:

  • Full legal name;
  • Date of birth or confirmation of age;
  • Residential address;
  • City, state, and ZIP code;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number, if reasonably required for winner notification;
  • The name of the applicable monthly Sweepstakes; and
  • Confirmation of agreement to these Official Rules.

The free entry form will allow an eligible entrant to request up to the same maximum number of entries available through the purchase method.

Unless otherwise stated in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details, an eligible entrant may request up to five free entries for the applicable monthly Sweepstakes through the free entry form.

The free entry form must be fully completed and successfully submitted during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period.

No purchase, payment, donation, shipping charge, subscription, marketing consent, or other consideration is required to use the free entry method.

Free entries have the same weight and odds as purchase entries.

Submitting the free entry form does not require an entrant to subscribe to promotional email or SMS communications. Any optional marketing consent must be presented separately and must not affect entry eligibility or odds of winning.

Automated submissions, scripts, bots, macros, bulk-entry services, commercial sweepstakes-entry services, or entries submitted by another person on the entrant’s behalf are prohibited.

8. Combining Entry Methods

An entrant may use both the purchase entry method and the free entry method, but the entrant may not exceed the maximum of five total entries for the applicable monthly Sweepstakes.

Examples:

  • A person who receives two qualifying purchase entries may receive up to three additional free entries.
  • A person who receives five qualifying purchase entries may not receive additional free entries.
  • A person who receives five free entries may not receive additional purchase entries.
  • Additional sticker purchases may still be completed as ordinary product purchases, but they will not generate entries beyond the stated maximum.

If the Sponsor receives more than the permitted number of entries from one person, only the first five otherwise valid entries recorded by the Sponsor will be eligible, unless the Sponsor determines that disqualification is appropriate because of fraud, manipulation, or intentional circumvention.

9. Entry Identification

For purposes of enforcing entry limits, the Sponsor may identify entrants using one or more of the following:

  • Name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Residential address;
  • Billing address;
  • Shipping address;
  • Payment account;
  • Internet Protocol address;
  • Device information;
  • Household information; or
  • Other reasonably available identifying information.

An entrant may not use multiple names, email addresses, mailing addresses, accounts, devices, identities, or other methods to exceed the entry limit.

Entries generated through aliases, fabricated identities, false information, unauthorized use of another person’s information, or other attempts to circumvent the entry limit are void.

10. Orders, Returns, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

A legitimate product purchase is not required to enter or win.

If a purchase-associated entry has already been recorded and the underlying order is later canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, declined, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise not completed, the Sponsor may void the entry associated with that order.

Voiding a purchase-associated entry does not prevent the entrant from using the free Alternative Method of Entry during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period, subject to the total entry limit.

The Sponsor will administer ordinary product returns and refunds according to its published return policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any non-waivable consumer right or remedy.

The Sponsor may reject or cancel an order that violates its sales terms, quantity limits, fraud-prevention standards, resale restrictions, or other legitimate commercial policies.

A canceled or refunded order will not be reinstated solely for Sweepstakes purposes.

11. Entry Validation

All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor.

An entry is not valid merely because a website screen, email, order confirmation, or other message indicates that an entry was submitted or received.

The Sponsor’s records will determine the number, timing, and validity of entries, subject to applicable law.

The Sponsor may require an entrant to provide additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or compliance.

Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

12. Prize

The prize for each monthly Sweepstakes will be identified in the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • One prize will be awarded;
  • One winner will receive the designated prize;
  • The prize will consist only of the item or items expressly described;
  • The approximate retail value will be stated in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details;
  • No cash alternative will be offered;
  • The prize is nontransferable before award;
  • The winner may not substitute, assign, or sell the right to receive the prize; and
  • All unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The Sponsor will not substitute a lower-value prize unless permitted by applicable law and accepted by the winner.

The prize is awarded “as is,” without warranties other than any express manufacturer warranty or non-waivable warranty provided by law.

Images used in advertising may be illustrative. The actual prize may differ in color, finish, packaging, configuration, or appearance, provided that the awarded prize is materially consistent with the published description.

The prize does not include installation, modification, accessories, tools, travel, labor, insurance, permits, taxes, or other costs unless expressly stated.

13. Approximate Retail Value

The approximate retail value of the prize is based on information reasonably available to the Sponsor when the Monthly Sweepstakes Details are published.

The winner will not receive the difference between the stated approximate retail value and the prize’s actual market value.

The Sponsor will not intentionally inflate or understate the approximate retail value.

If the combined prize value or structure of a Sweepstakes triggers registration, bonding, filing, or other legal obligations in one or more jurisdictions, the Sponsor may:

  • Complete the required registration or bonding;
  • Exclude the applicable jurisdiction before accepting entries;
  • Modify the prize or promotion before launch; or
  • Delay the Sweepstakes until compliance requirements are satisfied.

14. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Purchase entries and free entries have equal weight.

Purchasing more products does not permit an entrant to exceed the maximum number of entries and does not otherwise improve the entrant’s chances of winning.

15. Random Drawing

On or about the date stated in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details, the Sponsor or an independent promotion administrator will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received.

The random drawing may be conducted using:

  • A reputable computerized random-selection system;
  • A random-number generator;
  • An independent promotion administrator; or
  • Another fair and documented method of random selection.

The Sponsor may select one or more alternate potential winners at the same time.

Selection as a potential winner does not guarantee receipt of the prize. The potential winner must satisfy all eligibility, verification, documentation, and notification requirements.

16. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within five business days after the Sponsor’s first notification attempt unless a different response period is stated in the Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

The Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete, sign, notarize, and return documents including:

  • An affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
  • A liability release;
  • A publicity release where lawful;
  • A Form W-9;
  • Proof of identity;
  • Proof of age;
  • Proof of residence;
  • A shipping or delivery acknowledgment; and
  • Any other documentation reasonably required to award the prize lawfully.

Required documents must be returned within the deadline stated in the winner notification.

A potential winner may be disqualified if:

  • The potential winner cannot be contacted;
  • A notification is returned as undeliverable;
  • The potential winner fails to respond by the deadline;
  • The potential winner fails to return required documents;
  • The potential winner is ineligible;
  • The potential winner has violated these Official Rules;
  • The potential winner refuses the prize;
  • Awarding the prize would violate applicable law; or
  • The Sponsor reasonably determines that the entry was fraudulent or manipulated.

If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor may repeat this process until an eligible winner is confirmed.

17. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner at an eligible address within the United States.

The Sponsor will determine the method of shipment or delivery.

The winner is responsible for providing a safe, accurate, and deliverable address.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by the winner;
  • Delivery delays;
  • Carrier errors;
  • Theft after confirmed delivery;
  • Damage caused after delivery;
  • Failure to accept delivery;
  • Storage charges;
  • Redelivery charges; or
  • Delivery restrictions caused by the winner’s location.

The Sponsor may require an adult signature.

If the prize cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the winner’s location, the Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate, unless another remedy is required by law.

The anticipated delivery timeline is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

18. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Sponsor may require the winner to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete a Form W-9 before the prize is delivered.

The Sponsor may report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities as required by law.

The winner should consult an independent tax adviser regarding the tax consequences of accepting the prize.

19. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s:

  • Name;
  • City and state;
  • Voice;
  • Photograph;
  • Video;
  • Image;
  • Likeness;
  • Biographical information;
  • Statements about the Sweepstakes; and
  • Prize-related content

for advertising, promotional, publicity, and administrative purposes in any media worldwide, without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation.

Where legally required, the Sponsor will obtain a separate written publicity release.

The winner is not required to make a false endorsement or provide a predetermined testimonial.

20. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled according to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at:

https://www.rack-hub.com/policies/privacy-policy

The Sponsor may use entrant information to:

  • Administer the Sweepstakes;
  • Validate entries;
  • Enforce entry limits;
  • Contact potential winners;
  • Deliver prizes;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Maintain legally required records; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails, text messages, or telephone calls.

Any marketing consent must be obtained separately and may not be required as a condition of entry.

Entrants may be required to receive administrative messages reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

21. Prohibited Conduct

Entrants may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Enter on behalf of another person;
  • Use bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, artificial intelligence agents, or bulk-entry services to submit entries;
  • Tamper with the website, entry form, checkout, payment system, or drawing process;
  • Circumvent entry limits;
  • Interfere with another entrant;
  • Obtain entries through fraud, deception, theft, or unauthorized payment methods;
  • Manipulate, alter, duplicate, or fabricate entry records;
  • Resell or transfer entries;
  • Exchange entries for money or anything of value;
  • Attempt to purchase the prize through the Sweepstakes;
  • Threaten, harass, or abuse Sponsor personnel;
  • Disrupt the administration of the Sweepstakes; or
  • Violate applicable law.

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has engaged in prohibited conduct.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate civil or criminal law. The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue available remedies.

22. Technical Problems

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Website outages;
  • Server failures;
  • Internet interruptions;
  • Network congestion;
  • Software errors;
  • Device incompatibility;
  • Payment-processing errors;
  • Lost or delayed transmissions;
  • Spam filtering;
  • Email delivery failure;
  • Corrupted data;
  • Unauthorized human intervention;
  • Incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by equipment or programming;
  • Typographical errors; or
  • Other technical problems beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If a technical error incorrectly awards or displays more entries or prizes than permitted, the Sponsor will award only the number of entries and prizes stated in these Official Rules and the Monthly Sweepstakes Details.

The Sponsor will not use a technical error as a basis to eliminate valid free entries or favor purchase entries.

23. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel a monthly Sweepstakes if fraud, malware, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, legal restriction, natural disaster, public emergency, supply disruption, platform failure, or another event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or lawful administration of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor may not cancel a Sweepstakes merely because sticker sales or revenue are lower than anticipated.

If a Sweepstakes is canceled after eligible entries have been received, the Sponsor may, where lawful and reasonably practicable:

  • Conduct a random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation;
  • Award a substitute prize of equal or greater value;
  • Reschedule the drawing; or
  • Take another fair and legally compliant action.

The Sponsor will provide notice of any material modification, suspension, or cancellation on the Sweepstakes landing page.

No modification may retroactively disadvantage free entrants relative to purchasers.

24. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion administrators, service providers, distributors, officers, directors, managers, members, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, injuries, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;
  • Acceptance, possession, delivery, use, misuse, or loss of the prize;
  • Technical or administrative errors;
  • Unauthorized intervention;
  • Publicity rights;
  • Privacy rights;
  • Defamation;
  • Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property claims;
  • Travel or delivery related to the prize; or
  • Violation of these Official Rules by another entrant.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including liability arising from gross negligence, reckless misconduct, willful misconduct, or any other non-waivable legal right.

The Sponsor makes no representation that participation or receipt of a prize is lawful in every jurisdiction.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sweepstakes and prize are provided “as is” and “as available.”

The Sponsor disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot legally be disclaimed.

Nothing in these Official Rules eliminates any express product warranty or non-waivable statutory warranty.

26. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, the entrant and Sponsor agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

The complaining party must send a written notice describing:

  • The party’s name and contact information;
  • The facts supporting the dispute;
  • The specific relief requested; and
  • Relevant entry or order information.

Notice to the Sponsor must be sent to:

3513 Parcek St, Building #2

Marinette, Wisconsin

contact@rack-hub.com

The parties will have 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt informal resolution.

If the dispute is not resolved, each party may pursue available legal remedies, subject to applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution terms contained in the Sponsor’s website terms.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits an entrant’s right to contact a government agency, file a legally protected administrative complaint, pursue an eligible small-claims action, or exercise a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Optional arbitration and class-action-waiver language should not be inserted without review by qualified counsel.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure by the Sponsor to enforce a provision does not waive that provision.

28. No Transfer of Entries

Entries have no cash value.

Entries may not be:

  • Sold;
  • Purchased separately;
  • Assigned;
  • Gifted;
  • Transferred;
  • Traded;
  • Auctioned;
  • Bartered; or
  • Inherited.

Any purported transfer is void.

A sticker may be purchased as a product, but any associated entry belongs only to the eligible purchaser identified in the order unless the Monthly Sweepstakes Details expressly authorize gift-entry procedures.

29. Winner’s List

To request the name of a confirmed winner, send an email to:

contact@rack-hub.com

with the subject line:

“Rack Hub Sweepstakes Winner Request – [MONTH/YEAR]”

Requests must be received within 90 days after the applicable drawing date.

The Sponsor may provide the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, or other information required by law.

The Sponsor may also publish winner information on its website or social channels, subject to applicable law.

30. Social-Media Platform Disclaimer

The Sweepstakes may be advertised through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or other social-media platforms.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each entrant releases the applicable social-media platforms from claims arising from or related to the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Questions, comments, or complaints concerning the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any social-media platform.

Entrants must comply with the terms, policies, and community standards of each platform they use.

The Sponsor will not require entrants to inaccurately tag themselves or another person in content in which they do not appear.

31. Advertising Disclosures

All material advertising for the Sweepstakes should clearly and conspicuously disclose:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the Lower 48 United States, age 18 or age of majority, whichever is older. Ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Limit five total entries per person. Void where prohibited.

The disclosure must be reasonably noticeable and understandable in light of the format, device, platform, and advertisement.

The free method of entry must not be hidden solely in these Official Rules.

Information related to buying stickers should be clearly distinguishable from information related to entering the Sweepstakes.

32. Interpretation

Headings are included for convenience and do not limit these Official Rules.

“Include” and “including” mean “include without limitation” and “including without limitation.”

References to a “person” include an individual only, unless the context expressly provides otherwise.

The singular includes the plural where appropriate.

In the event of ambiguity, these Official Rules should be interpreted in a manner that preserves a free and fair method of entry and does not favor purchase entries.

33. Entire Agreement

These Official Rules, the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Details, the Sponsor’s privacy policy, and any legally applicable website terms constitute the complete rules governing the Sweepstakes.

Advertising, promotional copy, social posts, emails, product descriptions, or oral statements do not modify these Official Rules unless the Sponsor publishes a formal amendment that is lawful and does not unfairly affect entrants.
