What type of mount do I need for a Moose?
The RH2 XL was designed specifically for Elk and moose antlers.
Should I order a RH2 or RH2 XL for my smaller elk/moose antlers?
We recommend ordering the RH2 XL for any Big Game antlers. We can guarantee that it will hold them, and the scale and proportions of the RH2 XL were designed around those larger antlers.Our RH2 was designed for deer antlers such as Whitetail, Mule Deer, etc and the ball joints closely emulate that pedicle spacing on the deer skull (antler base to antler base).

How long does it take to process my RACK HUB® order?
We ship within one business day of the order being placed. We don't ship anything on Sundays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive the tracking number for your shipment via email. If you didn't receive that information, let us know and we'll provide it ASAP.
My order was damaged during shipment. What should I do?
Please notify RACK HUB® if you had a product(s) damaged during shipment. We have a Lifetime Guarantee and will ensure you have a great product.Generally, we will review pictures of the damage and have the customer return the product to RACK HUB®. We'll then replace the product, and all shipping is covered by RACK HUB® during these transactions with all domestic orders.
Is there any type of guarantee with RACK HUB®?
RACK HUB® products are built in Wabash, Indiana. Our focus is on You and Your antlers. All of our products are backed with a Lifetime Guarantee, and it is our priority to take care of any issue resulting from our product(s) during transit or during use.
What is your return policy?
If you're unhappy with a product or mistakingly placed an order with us, we will give you a full refund. This is a rare occurrence, but know that we're here for you.
